Parables: Stories of Christ – The Rich Fool

The Parable of the Rich Fool teaches us that we are fools when we fail to give God the thanks He is due for our many blessings, when we fail to include God in our future plans and decision-making, and when we live for the moment and fail to put our treasures in the right places. Jesus showed his followers that wisdom is found in those who faithfully steward the time, talent, treasure and testimony he has entrusted to us.
