Synergy: Part 1

Synergy
The interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements or contributions.

  • Synergy is what happens when the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Synergy is the attitude that “when the team wins, I win.”
  • Synergy is crucial for any organization that aspires to succeed and meet goals… or for any church that seeks to honor God.

When a church creates synergy with the will of God, we’re saying that we have absolutely no agenda except for that which God calls us to. Our job is to align our mission and vision with what God is doing in our community and in the world… then sit back and watch God take care of the results. For the next two weeks at Cornerstone, join us for a deep dive into the book of Nehemiah. We will look at one key verse from the first 10 chapters of this amazing book and discover together how he created synergy among the people of God… and how we can do the same.

Our souls will be restored and whole, like they were designed to be from the beginning. We shall not fear evil or death – no matter what we’re facing. Many of us know the Psalm… Let’s make sure we know the Shepherd.

What is Church? Part 3: Fellowship
